LPG vaporization station gas supply overall solution

The LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) vaporization gas supply system is a mainstream gas supply solution for scenarios without natural gas pipelines, small and medium-sized industrial production, commercial centralized gas usage, remote factory areas, boiler combustion, and spraying heat treatment. LPG is stored in liquid form at normal temperature and pressure, then vaporized under low pressure for transportation. Compared to CNG (compressed natural gas) and LNG (liquefied natural gas), this system has the advantages of lower station construction investment, lightweight equipment, flexible start-stop operation, lower energy consumption, and suitability for stable gas usage in small flow scenarios.
This solution adopts the core process of "LPG tanker/steel cylinder group supply → liquid phase pressure stabilization → forced water bath vaporization → superheated pressure stabilization → purification → pressure regulation and metering with odor addition → terminal pressure stabilization gas supply", along with equipment for residual liquid recovery, overpressure release, emergency cut-off, explosion-proof interlock, and intelligent monitoring systems. It can achieve 24-hour continuous, low-pressure stable, and safe and compliant gas supply, making it the optimal solution for industrial and commercial use to replace bottled gas and eliminate the frequent replacement of steel cylinders.
- Lower working pressure and higher safety: The overall operating pressure of the LPG system is 0.05–0.8 MPa, much lower than the high-pressure 20 MPa of CNG and the high-pressure storage tanks of LNG. There is no risk of high-pressure explosion, and the safety distance requirements are lower.
- Forced vaporization and liquid elimination: Using the full vaporization process completely avoids the liquid accumulation hazard at the terminal stove and boiler.
- Strong environmental adaptability: The full vaporization process is not affected by temperature, and it does not form frost or ice in winter, with no gas volume reduction, solving the problem of insufficient gas supply at low temperatures for equipment.
- High gas quality and calorific value, stable combustion: The calorific value of LPG is approximately 2.5 times that of natural gas, suitable for high-precision combustion scenarios such as heat treatment, drying, spraying, and melting.
- Flexible station construction and lower investment: No need for large storage tanks or complex BOG/EAG systems. Modular skid-mounted, small footprint, short approval and construction period.
The entire station adopts a zoned modular design, divided into seven modules: liquid storage unit, supply convergence unit, vaporization unit, purification and pressure stabilization unit, metering and odor addition unit, self-control unit, and safety venting unit. It can be built separately or as a modular skid-mounted unit.
